Story

#LockdownMTQuizNight becomes #LockdownSondheimQuizNight

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 from theatre critic, Mark Shenton

🟡The live-stream will be taking place on our Facebook Page: https://www.facebook.com/Lockdown-MT-Quiz-Night-106800427684287/

The 4th edition of #LockdownMTQuizNight receiving a takeover and becoming #LockdownSondheimQuizNight, sponsored by the Stephen Sondheim Society! They will be matching pound for pound all donations to our chosen charity, Acting For Others, up to the value of £1000. There will be some very special guest quizmasters, as well as a very special prize.

Starting at 5:45pm on Sunday 17 May, ready to start the quiz at 6pm. There will be 5 rounds of trivia and 2 bonus questions, so 60 points up for grabs! The quiz will finish at 8pm.

Form your teams, set up your Zoom parties and prepare for a well needed night of musical theatre trivia and laughs.

Bring your own wine and banter.

The quiz is totally free to take part, however for this 4tg edition of the quiz, I will be asking for donations for Acting For Others.

The live-stream quiz will be hosted by musical director and composer, Jordan Li-Smith

HIGHLY recommend forming a team to play, and sharing the experience via Skype or Zoom! (If you’ve got more than 6 people, consider splitting into two teams and going against each other)

Acting for Others is here to provide not only financial but emotional support to all theatre workers in times of need through the 14 member charities. At this difficult time for all, the theatre industry needs you support more than ever. With the closure of theatre, tens of thousands of theatre workers across the UK are facing unemployment and financial uncertainty for a number of months.
