EMERGENCY APPEAL - BOURNEMOUTH AND CHRISTCHURCH HOSPITALS NHS HEROES NEED YOU! Due to the COVID-19 pandemic we are launching an urgent appeal to ask for donations to support our frontline staff - your local NHS Heroes. From cleaners, to catering staff, porters, back office administrators, nurses, health care assistants, registrars, paramedics, Doctors or Consultants - your wonderful local NHS staff will be going above and beyond to take care of you and your loved ones during this health emergency.We have now set up a staff health and wellbeing fund to provide support to our staff over the coming months with whatever they need for however long during the crisis.

Many of us are going to struggle financially and otherwise in the coming months, but I am asking everyone to chip into this appeal, however much you can afford. All donations will be very much appreciated.

We are facing significant restrictions during the lockdown, and whilst its not great for the economy in the short term, we are not spending on luxuries and certain other items. The basis of the “Lockdown Appeal” is that we donate some of the money we save to this very worthwhile cause.

You might be saving money by not going to the car wash, or the hairdressers, the monthly massage or manicure. Whatever you can donate, please help to support our NHS Heroes in their time of need.

I saved money by not going out for a meal to celebrate our wedding anniversary, so I'm kicking off this appeal  with my £50 saving.
