Since 2000, we have supported 1000s of students through providing work experience, training and mentoring to ensure career success is defined by potential and ambition, and not by background. Our students have secured outstanding opportunities industries such as Investment Banking, Corporate Law, Engineering and Consulting, and our community is made up of the best diverse talent. We are fundraising to develop and grow our secondary school programmes, which work with talented students aged 15-18 and from low socioeconomic, state-educated backgrounds. We choose the most ambitious students and provide them with the work experience, mentoring, training and university access they need to reach their potential and become the leaders of tomorrow!
