In October 2014 I will be taking part in a 10 mile run to raise money for the Alzheimer's society.

Alzheimer's is a degenerative disease which effects memory loss and the brain. I am supporting this charity as not only do they do great work, but I also have a close relative who is currently suffering with the disease. I am taking part in this run for my Grandad who has had Alzheimer's for 8 years. I am also doing this for my family who also support the charity and have done a great job in caring for my Grandad over the years.
