Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

My name is Liam and I am 9 years old, I have decided to bike 181 miles which is the distance around Norfolk. Because of the lockdown I can't actually go around Norfolk so for my daily exercise I will be biking an average of 4 miles every day, it should take me 45 days but hopefully less.

I am going to raise money for the NHS beacuase they have helped my family lots. My Daddy was in the Army and now suffers from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and he had to go to hospital when it got really bad. He also has diabetes.  They also saved my life when I was a baby because I had a lung nfection when I was born, but now I am completely fine.

Without the NHS and the workers who do a great job and the medication me and my familieis life would be completely differnet.

So I say a big thank you to the NHS and this is how I will do it. All this money will go to the NHS.
