In January 2020, I will spend a week battling the elements of the Arctic with Team Children 1st, all in support of vulnerable children across Scotland. The donations raised will be supporting Scotland's children and families when they need it most and will make a huge difference to hundreds of little lives.

Some children have little to smile about. Children 1st is determined to give them reasons to. They help Scotland's families to put children first, with practical advice and with support in difficult times. And when the worst happens, they support survivors of abuse, neglect, and other traumatic events in childhood, to recover.
