I am running my first ever Marathon on 28th April in aid of St Elizabeth Hospice. I would love for you to sponsor me and to add a song to my playlist to help me get round those very long 26.2 miles!
I am begging and pleading for your support for our local hospice. A charity that my family sadly have had first hand experience of their care and support when we lost my extraordinary Grandad in 2013.
St Elizabeth Hospice is an independent charity that provides its many services free of charge. To do this they rely heavily upon the support and generosity of the local community in East Suffolk.
Each year St Elizabeth Hospice needs to generate £8.5 million through fundraising and donations to keep going.
Upon receiving my ballot entry place for the 2019 Virgin London Marathon there was never any doubt in my mind as to which charity I wanted to run for, and to be able to show my gratitude for the compassion and support they gave our family when we needed it most.
For this reason I ask you to please give generously and to provide me with some tunes to keep my legs moving 🏃🏼♀️ 🎧
