Next month I'm running the Brighton Marathon and in doing so I'm hoping to raise money for The Alzheimer's Society. As you may know, my Dad has recently been diagnosed with Alzheimer's and the support we have received from Alzheimer's groups has been fantastic. But as with all charities they need people to raise money so they can continue their good work, so this is me doing my little bit.

I hope you feel that you can support me, 26 miles of running is going to be agony, but training is going well and on the day I will give it my all.
