As most of you who know me, will be aware that I am not a runner or even a jogger.  However I will try to do a bit of both to raise money for this worthy cause.  David is on the Board of Trustees as the Young Persons Advocate and already with the support of the Foundation he is helping to encourage the next generation that anything is possible.

Sponsor me to Run with Rich! I will do it my way and it is my challenge, but most of all it will be fun. I need you to encourage me to do this! Please sponsor me and your sponsorship will help individual disabled people to believe anything is possible.

All I can say is wow and thank you for your donations. It was such a memorable day. 

I could not have done the 5k jog without the wonderful support of my husband Ian, friends Natalie Dewar, Alastair Dewar, Ben Dewar and Carolyn Meier. It was wonderful to see My son who he himself is severely visually impaired and on the Board was beaming with pride and in his element as he was supporting all the participants on the day.
