As many of you know I set myself many challenges in life and on Sunday 11th October 2009 I will be running in the Royal Parks London Half Marathon in aid of The Rainbow Trust.  Please reach deep into your pockets and donate what you can for this worthy charity and make a difference!  With less than 8 weeks to go I am in training - about to attempt a ten mile run as soon as I have uploaded this so come on good people do your bit and show your support!  

Rainbow Trust Children's Charity provides practical and emotional support to families who have a child with a life threatening or terminal illness. Rainbow Trust's Family Support Workers join the family in their own home and are there to provide practical support. Rainbow relies almost entirely on voluntary donations and through the generosity of their supporters are able to help around 1,000 families a year.
