Being just slightly mad I have decided to do a charity abseil and would really appreciate your support!
 
On 30th October I am abseiling 100ft from Twickenham Stadium for The Stroke Association... in fancy dress as it's Halloween!

Amazingly enough I've persuaded another 14 people to join me in this ridiculous endeavour so I'm really pleased to have such a great team raising money for such a good cause.
 
This is a charity that's very close to my heart as my family has been so affected by strokes, so any donations will be hugely appreciated. No need to give much - a gesture would be fabulous.
