Oh dear! Here I go again..... I always think this is the last ride and then I see the work that is being done by the Imperial College Scientists and off I go again and sign up for another difficult task. 

This will be my fourth ride for this extremely important charity. I rode in hilly terrain in China through fog and cold, cold weather, in 42 deg heat in Central America up hills I never ever want to see again and in Sri Lanka on different terrains in 90% humidity and 43 deg heat. It was blood, sweat and tears by many of us women but we still go back for more because we believe in Genesis Research Trust.

Tanzania will have other challenges and no matter how we think we train and anticipate the problems we are always taken by an element of surprise. The organisers like us to meet a challenge. So, you may think I'm mad but whilst I can I will keep having another go.

This is such a worthwhile charity. Womens health the world round has been improved by the research done at Imperial College. The scientists need the funds and charity is the only option.
