You know me - shy and retiring(!) -  when asked about doing Strictly, I somehow got completely over excited. Poor Miles on the other hand feels utterly sick at the prospect. 

But when we went along to our first meeting and heard about the 300 people the charity helps every single day, it soon put everything into perspective. 8 Sundays of training , a quick foxtrot and a cha cha seem like a small price to pay for such a worthwhile cause.

The hospice needs £4 million each year to continue- we want to raise as much as we can to help.
