It's been quite a while since I've doing any mountain walking and so I'm starting off with the Brecon Beacon Horseshoe challenge. Whilst getting my fitness level back on track I'm aiming to raise money for Hope for Justice.

It's easy to think that Human Trafficking is not relevant to us and close our eyes to it but in fact it's a real problem here in the UK and in South Wales. If I can do something to help even 1 child, it's worth it.
