Story
I sadly and suddenly lost my Grandad to this cruel disease in June. This was a shock and a constant heartache for me and my family. My Grandad was not just any ordinary Grandad he was my best friend and someone who I loved with all of my heart. How quickly we lost him will always be an open wound but remembering all the good times will always keep my heart beating.
This coming March I am running the London Landmarks half marathon in memory of my Grandad. Not only am I doing it for him I'm also doing it for people who have experienced or experiencing losing someone to cancer. As hard as it is to go through this I will not let cancer win and I want to raise as much money as I possibly can for everyone who can relate to this awful disease in some way.
All the money raised will go towards Bowel Cancer Research. Thank you for all of your donations it is much appreciated and remember together we can beat cancer.
