Story
The Neonatal Intensive Care staff at St Peters' Hospital, Chertsey, are taking on the mammouth challenge of climbing the 3 highest peaks in Scotland/ England and Wales in under 24 hours.
Staff participating in the challenge work tirelessly on the The Neonatal Intensive Care Unit to care for sick and premature babies, whilst supporting families and friends during difficult times.
Money raised will provide much needed life saving equipment for the unit.
Walking comes naturally to most of us and we at St Peters Neonatal Unit in Chertsey rather fancied the challenge of doing it up a hill... or 3!! Our aim is to try and complete the hike in under 24 hours which adds a bit of excitement to the mix and makes sure we get back for our shifts in time!
The group are winding down the training in preparation for the big push next weekend and hopefully by the time you've read this we should be back safe and sound comparing sore feet.
Thank you very much for your support and please continue to share this page.
