I'm going to be doing a 50 mile bike ride around Nottingham next Sunday  (as knackered as its gonna make me it may as well be a million miles!!!)  I would be sooooooooooooo grateful if you guys would sponsor me, doesn't have to be much as every penny counts & it's for a fab cause.
