I will be completing a 5mile run, YES RUN on the day before my 30th birthday 8th October  

Just a 5mile run I hear you say?? No not just any 5 mile run, I will be in fancy dress with my dog Dave running through the streets ofBristollooking like a fool for a very good cause..

My costume will be based on the money I raise, If I hit my target then I can guarantee you all I will create the most hideous of costumes and Dave will have a matching theme!

Please help me to hit my personal target of £500 I know we all have credit crunch issues to think about but this is my first sponsored run and I need your help.

Last time I raised money for childline I jumped out of a plane from 13500 feet and nearly had a heart attack!  This time I'm nearly 30 so setting my challenge much nearer to the ground.
