Lift and shift challenge

Fundraising for St Barnabas Hospice Trust (Lincolnshire)
£450
raised of £100 target
Event: Lift and shift! , on 9 January 2021
St Barnabas Hospice has put together some hospice-inspired fitness ideas to get you moving, keep those Lincolnshire lockdown pounds off and raise vital donations and awareness for our hospice services.

Story

As a member of Custom Fitness many of us are doing a personal challenge to collectively raise funds for St Barnabas. I will be lifting/pushing/pulling the equivalent weight of a Boeing 747 collectively across  80 days (by the end of March).

I did a placement with St Barnabas as an Occupational Therapy student and I will always remember the compassion, dignity and respect they showed to the patients and their families. To be a very small part of that was a privilege and I am always willing to support them however I can for the amazing work they continuously provide.
