Lisa, Helen and Jennie will be taking part in the Bupa Great South run in memory of our beautiful friend Frankie.

A group of us will be returning to Portsmouth where we all met at university to run/walk/crawl(!) over the finish line after 10 miles in order to raise money for the charity 'Mind'.

Please help us to continue our training and eventually complete this race by donating as little or as much as you can for this excellent charity and to remember Frankie who was loved by everyone taking part.
