My beautiful friend Martina was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease  in February 2017. She is the mother of one of Katy’s close primary school friends and a wonderful lady.. Whilst Martina was given an original prognosis of 14 months, she is still fighting this debilitating illness.  The causes of MND are not clear, the devastating condition is life shortening and it has no cure.  It has affected the  whole family who now care for Martina. 

I am running the Great North Run (1/2 marathon) for the MND association to help support finding a desperately needed cure. Any  contribution would be very much appreciated.
