The new year will hopefully bring support.

Running again.

I ran last year for my Auntie Sally. Sadley, just before Christmas she lost her fight after a long battle. Her strength and determination inspired me to push myself every year in her name. I'm doing this in her honor and to help others. No one should have to go through what Aunt Sall did, or the family. 

This could be anyone of us so, I promised I'd do my bit and I will.
