Story

MS is an incurable and unpredictable illness that affects the central nervous system. We have chosen to take on the London Marathon as a mother-daughter team as this condition has touched our family in profound ways. One of us is returning from distance-running retirement and relishing the chance to tackle one more world marathon major, while another has the daunting task of finishing 26.2 miles for the very first time. For us, this will be an important part of the healing process, and a chance to remind ourselves that we can do difficult things and face whatever challenges may lie ahead.

We are looking forward to sharing this journey together and would be grateful for your support along the way. Care for people with MS has come such a long way in recent years, giving hope for a better future to so many, but with your help, we can ensure the brightest possible tomorrow. Thank you so much in advance.
