We empower people at their toughest point to turn their life around.

Story

I have been forced oops I mean encouraged to take part in the London Landmarks half marathon in April and have only agreed to this because of the great cause and the fact it might give me the kick up the a**e I need to get exercising again.

Most of you know I have received support from the Forward Trust over the last few years and would like to give something back to show my gratitude for this and to enable them to continue doing great work in the substance/alcohol misuse field. This is an area I never expected to be  a part of my life, but it is and I honestly think it could happen to anyone.

So I've dusted off the trainers and set up this page and would be really grateful for your support with this challenge. Raising funds I hope will help alleviate the aches and pains I'll get from doing this - Thank you
