24 WODS in 24 Hours Ladies Cancer Research Challenge!

On Saturday 1st October at 09:00 the ladies of CW1 CrossFit will come together once again and take on a huge physical challenge in aid of Cancer Research. The ladies of CW1 will be completing 24 CrossFit WODs in 24 hours, all of which will be chosen at random on the day!!! This year we will be dedicating our time and commitment to Trevor Davies, husband and father to our members Donna, Ellie & Rachel who sadly lost his life this year to the disease.

Any donnations no matter how small will be a huge help.
