As some of you know, I never really gave up running after I completed the London Marathon back in 2015 and have taken part in the odd race here and there but surprisingly, I've never taken part in a half marathon. I've decided to rectify this and have entered the London Vitality Big Half taking place in March 2019.
This time I have chosen to run for the Alzheimer's Society as unfortunately, I have seen first hand how devasting this disease can be. I will be running in memory of Michael's mum and hoping that along the way I can raise a few pounds to help the fight against dementia.
Thank you so much for donating, I really appreciate all the support.
Alzheimer’s Society is transforming the landscape of dementia forever. Until the day we find a cure, we will create a society where those affected by dementia are supported and accepted, able to live in their community without fear or prejudice.
