As most of you know, my cousin had an accident 13 years ago whilst in Goa which left him paralised from the neck down.   Not be deterred he's went on to star in Emmerdale, Speak for Bahrain Royalty, climb mountains, help countless people in similar situations and get awarded a MBE. 

All of this wouldn't have been possible without charities like Regain who help give independence back to people who want to keep pushing boundaries and not be held back.

Help me to ensure this amazing charity gets the funding to keep giving people the chance to challenge themselves just like I will.

I haven't rode a bike since around 1986 so this will be a big challenge for me.

I will change my photo to a cycling one once I start training 😂
