We help make a difference to local patients & their familes

Story

Some of you may or may not know me (I'm Lisa Reynolds). I'm sure you can all share in my thoughts and wishes for the Chambers family. I would like to help raise awareness for the amazing work Ipswich Neonatal unit are doing for Skye and Lylia Chambers. Here is their story.

In the early hours of 21st May 2015 two beautiful little girls were born. They were brought into this world by two wonderful people Kat and Kev. The girls were so excited about meeting their amazing parents that they decided to arrive a little earlier than expected.
As they are a little early they are currently residing at the neonatal unit at Ipswich hospital where they are working hard to grow and get stronger. Each day they are receiving life saving care and attention by highly trained and experienced staff. Lylia and Skye are doing amazing. The staff are offering the medical support the girls need as well as offering Kat and Kev the ability to be active parents in a very alien environment.

So here's where their friends and family may be able to help.... I am planning on doing my first ever Sprint Triathlon on Saturday 13th June. This is personally a very physical challange, (one that I know I can achieve with Lilya and Skye in my thoughts). I am asking you if you would kindly help me by sponsoring me to do this challenge. I would like to give all the money raised to the sunrise appeal. With extra help the neonatal unit can continue to help and support families like, Kat, Kev and their amazing girls Lylia and Skye.
