Good News - we have a new recruit signed up to come with us - our Becky Thompson is up for it, all signed up and raring to go.  The training has started while the weather is being kind to us.  We cycled to Jodrell Bank yesterday, 52 km, and am trying to cycle to the gym a few times a week.

Sarah Bunniss and I are doing this 500km bike ride, starting in Vietnam, through the Mekong Delta and finishing at Angkor Wat in Cambodia. This is in memory of Chad Mulholland and  to raise vital funds for The Young Oncology Department of The Christie.  Please give generously to encourage us to achieve our goal.

Don't forget to put 21st November '14 into your diary for the Bowdon Ladies Christmas Lunch at the Rugby Club, for our first fund raising event, the more the merrier!
