Story
On Sunday 5th May I am taking part in a relay team at the Belfast Marathon!! 😜 We are hoping to raise as much money as possible for the Northern Ireland Air Ambulance.
On 2nd September last year the NIAA attended to my brother, Darren Hogg after a motorcycle accident. Tragically Darren died that day, so we will be completing the marathon in his memory!
Every penny and pound donated will help to ensure the NIAA will be able to continue their life saving work.
AANI, in partnership with the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service (NIAS), provides the Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (HEMS) for the region and responds to seriously ill or injured patients 12 hours a day, 7 days per week. It costs £5,500 per day to sustain this life saving service.
