I was diagnosed with MS in 2014 and over the past 5 years have undergone many different treatments - some more effective than others but MS has no cure and I want to raise money to fund more research into finding one!

In MS your immune system mistakes myelin (the protective covering over your nerves) for a foreign body and attacks it causing irreparable damage. The treatments available are focused on suppressing the immune system to reduce the amount of damage done but nothing can stop it. 

The MS trust are working towards helping to find a way to atop MS whilst supporting and assisting MS sufferers in many ways along the way and I am doing a tandem SkyDive on World MS Day 30th May 2020 to raise money for the MS Trust!
