I am running this race in the memory of my lovely dad who sadly lost his five year battle against this awful illness almost two years ago ... I'm hoping he'll be with me every step of the way...

PSC is a progressive, chronic liver disease for which there is no known cause. Sadly there is also currently no known curative treatment, or treatment which is known to slow the progression of the disease but with research hopefully one day there will be....
