Hi folks, I.have been very lucky to get a place at London marathon 2019 all thanks to my local running club Keith & District . I have recently been a guide runner for a local man and realised how difficult it must be not to have sight and how important it is to get out and about,  and for a dog to guide anyone is truly amazing especially as they can't talk. To get out and about is good for confidence ,self esteem and social interaction. This is why decided on guide dogs.
