'Delityma' aka Derek, Lisa, Tyler and Macy Mackay have decided to do a joint charity event.  This is Highland Poppy Run 2010 at Fort George, near Ardersier - 22nd August.  Lisa is running the 5K and Derek with Tyler and Macy will by cycling 10K.

We hope you can spare us either some time and come watch the event or money, by means of sponsorship.
