Story
As some of youay already know in March 2021 my brother in law Joe went off to work as normal. Later that day he suffered his first seizure. After being initially told it was most likely epilepsy he then suffered further seizures and was sent for further investigations. Sadly these investigations showed that it wasn't epilepsy but in fact a brain tumour. After further investigations, involving two brain surgeries, he was devastatingly diagnosed with an aggressive, inoperable tumour which could not be cured. Joe has since undergone rounds of chemo and radiation which unfortunately has failed to shrink the tumour, it had in fact grown. He has since had his chemo changed and is awaiting news on whether this has slowed the growth of the tumour. I am.taking part in this ride to raise money for The Brain Tumour Charity to help people in Joe's position. There is still so much they don't know about these aggressive tumours and the more we can raise to help them, the more they can throw into their research.
