On Saturday 21st March 2015, 10am-1pm, Myself and 29 other fantastic participants will commence a 3-hour Boxathon. The 3 hours will consist of a variety of Boxercise & KickBoxercise techniques, skills, footwork drills, mini-circuits and a range of group activities.

Every 2 hours, a woman in the UK dies of ovarian cancer. But together, we can move towards a future where no woman dies of this disease. The funds raised from Box2Beat Cancer will ensure that Ovarian Cancer Action, the UK’s leading ovarian cancer charity, can continue to improve the survival rates of women with ovarian cancer.
