Signpost is a wonderful charity and I know at least 3/4 families who are directly involved in caring for family members who get a tonne of support from this amazing charity. Many of you know my Mum has mixed dementia and it can be a struggle. 

Signpost provide emotional and practical support and I love them. 

Times are tough. Don’t worry if you can’t afford to to donate. If that’s the case then please don’t. If all you can afford is £1, this is awesome as everything will help. Remember you can anonymise anything you do send and if you are able, any amount, would be hugely gratefully received. 

I didn’t think I’d do it again. I blame Jilly. 😂 I also know some of you will be donating to Jilly too, please don’t worry about donating twice. 

Also I put that I’m running in memory of Mum. And it’s occurred to me that this looks like mum has passed away. She’s alive and kicking and sat next to me. I can’t delete it now!
