My mum died of secondary breast cancer in January 2008. She was only 62. Her death affected me greatly. But, it didn't just affect me it affected my two sons. They were both very close to their Nan and were devastated when she died. It has now been 10 years since she left us and her grandsons have grown into wonderful young men. She would be so proud of them both and their achievements.
My youngest son and I are going to walk the South Downs Way to raise money to enable Macmillan to carry on the wonderful work that they do. There is a 30 year age difference between us so I am going to have to train really hard to be able to keep up with him! Your generous donations will give me the boost I need to keep on walking.
