Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

It's in the early stages and I will have more pictures and info soon.

SASBAH is the Sussex Association for Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus...

I'm supporting my friend and SASBAH member, Sherry Austen with a sponsored knit. We will be knitting squares and when the squares are completed, we will sew them together to make blankets and donate to local homeless charities.

Sherry wants to give something back to SASBAH as they have given her, and others like her, so much. They give help and assistance to members and their families on a wide range of areas ...a dedicated adviser service for issues like housing, medical advice, benefits. Respite breaks, social activities, friendship and support.

We would also like to hear from anyone who may like to join us and do some knitting or anyone with spare wool. The squares we are knitting are 100 stitches wide and knitted on 4 1/2 mm needles. I can supply you with wool and needles if you want to have a go.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
