Every single day in the UK, 30 people hear the life changing words you have a brain tumour. For those 30 people and their loved ones, the road ahead looks scary and uncertain. That's why I'm joining Run, Row, Ride this November - taking on 30 miles in 30 days to support people with a brain tumour and their loved ones.

This year my sister Susie was one of these people and was supported by the Brainstrust and we would like to give back.
