We can all make a difference....

Cancer has affected or touched nearly everyone I know in one way or another. Its widespread and devasting and whats even more frightening is that is can happen to anyone of us. Thats why we have to do something to help.

Breast cancer in particular has affected a number of ladies I know. Its important to offer support to all those women and every other women out there who is either battling with cancer or lucky enough to have lived to fight on. May all those who lost the battle rest in peace.

I want to do my bit so I pleed with you to donate what you can to supporting Breast Cancer Care. They do a fantastic job of offering support, information, treatment & care. They need your help.

Ive already completed 2 sports challenges - Hull 10K 23rd May 2010 and the Robin Hood Half marathon 12th Sept and have already registered for the following in 2011:

Ferriby 10 Mile Road Race - 31st Jan

Asics Wilmslow Half Marathon - 27th March

Edinburgh Half Marathon - 22nd May
