Last year my friends and i had to say goodbye to a very special person. Our friend Joe Williams passed away at 23 years of age whilst playing football due to an un-diagnosed heart condition. We wanted to do something in his memory, to raise awareness and to help raise funds to support, treat and diagnose others.

For those of you who know me, you will know my skills on a bicycle are extremely limited and since deciding to take on this challenge, i have brought a bike and learnt to ride. Please dig deep and give as little or as much as you can afford to support this amazing charity and to have a good giggle at me when i fall. I promise i will keep getting up and will definately complete the ride for Joe!
