I am running the Bupa 10 000 in honour of my dad. He had diabetes and I don't think he fully under stood how dangerous could be. He passed away in 2011 just weeks before his grand daughter was born. This was so tragic and with the right support and information he could have been alive today. I don't wish this on anyone and really want to do my bit to help others with the same condition. diabetes does not have to be hard to live with. With the right support, you can live a long happy life. Please support me in my race. Any amount big or small will help change someones life.
