I am running the Great South Run (10 miles) on the 26th of October in memory of my Dad for the charity Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research. This cause is very close to my heart as he had a very rare type of blood cancer - Waldentrom's Macroglobulinaemia.

Please help me reach my target, even if you only donate £1, it alls adds up. Lets try and stamp out this horrible Disease together. I hope and pray one day soon there will be a cure, so that many people will not suffer as they do and as my Dad did. 

I am by far no runner but I will cross that finish line if I have to crawl!!  Thank you for reading my little story, wish me luck guys xxx
