David and I are running our 11th (I think) Great North Run next week. This time it is not for our usual charity but a for another cause very very close to home. 

This time we are running in memory of the awesomely awesome Jack Faulkner who brought joy and laughter to so many in his short life but will never be forgotten. We are all blinded by your grace Jack x

If you can spare a few quid instead of a coffee or a beer we'd be forever grateful.

We haven't really trained for this one so it will be a driller killer. However, thinking of all of the amazing young people CLIC Sargent and the Sheffield Childrens Hospital help will keep us running.
