At the beginning of this year I lost a truley wonderful, funny, strong and beautiful friend to a evil and terrible disease.

In memory of Emma I am going to run Cardiff half marathon. I have never done anything like this before so it will be a new challenge for me but one I am determined to do and hope that in turn it will raise some money for St David Foundation hospice care. 

So to all of you that knew and loved Emma and to those of you who didn't have the pleasure but know of someone who has been through the same fight in life please please please would you donate a little something, every little counts.
