Soo, as you know I'm crazy and therefore I have decided to do the Newcastle Stampede again! To remind you; it's a 10k run with added obstacles along the way designed by the Royal Marines to add that extra beasting to the challenge!

It is on the 16 October 2011 this year (ignore last years event date).

I will be raising money for the British Heart Foundation - just as well really seen as mine may pack in during the run! Seriously though, I (and the charity of course) would really appreciate any money you can donate, as the wise supermarket says 'Every little helps'!
