On June 9th I will be completing a Double Ironman.

That is a swim of 4.8 miles follwed by a bike ride of 232 miles and then finishing with a 52 mile run. 

We all know people effected by cancer and I decided that I would love to use the opportunity to be able to raise money to help support research into cancer.
