My mam was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s in August 2019. I am taking part in the memory walk for her, and everyone who has a family member with dementia.

Everyday we see a change in my mam. The simple everyday tasks that we all take for granted, now become a challenge for her. Conversation is repetitive, with family and friends names fading away. If anyone has experienced this, you will know how this feels.
