This fab little charity are currently supporting my family.  My awesome dad is fighting this particularly nasty disease.  If you can spare a few pounds to make sure their helpline stays open and so that there are specialist nurses in hospitals I will be very grateful. 

 In exchange for your kindness I will be taking on some silly challenges to keep you all entertained. I will be starting with Swansea Tri this weekend, the goal is to finish (and not drown!). That has to be worth a pound surely?
